The atmosphere in Haverfordwest

“No one can beat the karaoke from Caz. It's clean deal with issues the right way, plus zero tolerance to staff or anyone with a issue. Friendly and run well by Lucy, staff are good efficient & friendly. I'm a local and the entertainment is excellent. Have accommodation & good food. Highly recommend. I like the Castle I recommend it to people because it's a good atmosphere important on a night out.”

Best Steak and Ale Pie!

“We popped in by chance on one of the wettest days ever. We had a lovely welcome from Lucy the manager. She was very chatty and mentioned they had rooms available upstairs. She even offered a reduced rate as my daughter and I are healthcare workers, which was a lovely gesture. There was a special on the menu, 2 main meals for £15. My daughter and I both had steak and ale pie , which was freshly Cooked and absolutely delicious. This is a really lovely pub, with fresh, tasty meals and lovely staff. We will be back.”

“Location was great, right in the centre of town. There is a very good public car par behind the hotel (2 mins walk away) that always had plenty of space. Easy access. Staff were very helpful. Room was large.”

Staff exceptionally helpful for my baby

“Staff exceptionally helpful. I had 10 week old baby and they moved me to a room more suitable and had staff on hand to carry everything upstairs for me and next morning they even carried my stuff to car to help as I was alone with the baby.”
